Outlet is integrated into the quick release strainer base to make for easier motor service and winterization, no more unhooking the outlet hose. No power use until pump is activated by internal float switch. Our larger impeller design and more robust motor, that is water cooled, allow us to outperform our competitors in longevity and flow.
